FAQ

Straight answers.

Does it need a signal?

No. Tracking uses GPS only. Map tiles need a connection when you first view an area; routes you plan can be used offline once the routing data is on your phone.

Do I need an account?

No sign-up, no login. Runs are stored on your device. There are no Go Farva run servers.

What does £4.99 get me?

A one-off Pro unlock through Google Play. No subscription, no ads. Pro adds stats, the route builder, watch export (GPX and Garmin FIT via the share sheet), Strava ZIP import, and more.

Does it sync with Strava or Garmin?

No automatic sync. You can import a Strava ZIP export into the app, and you can share a route as GPX or Garmin FIT to load on your watch yourself. Health Connect is optional and write-only: if you turn it on, finished runs can be written to Health Connect — nothing is read back.
